Why are the manager icons not visible in the control panel?
There are a few things that may cause this:
- Logging in to the control panel as a Member or Guest. If this is your only login, and you're unsure if your site access level has changed you should contact your website administrator.
- A compatibility issue with security software. If you are using Norton or Symantec, there will more than likely be a firewall setting that needs to be changed. Please refer to the help material provided by the security software author for more information.
- Internet browser cache needs to be cleared. Clear your browser cache by deleting cookies, browsing history, and temporary files from the Tools > Options item on the menu.
