How do I put a calendar on my site?
All of the sites we sell come with the Events manager which is provides a calendar with full functionality for your site. Use the following instructions to set up your calendar:
- Open the Events manager to begin
- Set up the options on the Manager Settings tab if you have not previously done so
- Save and Exit to return to the main Events screen
- Click the Add New Event button to begin adding events to your calendar
- Enter the information for the event and click the Save button in the upper right corner
- Use the Event Schedule tab to setup a schedule pattern (even if it is only a one day event) for the event in order for it to be displayed on the calendar.
- Save and Repeat steps 4-6 for additional events
**Note - if you have the Groups manager, you can also use the Personalization tab of each event to
categorize your calendar by groups/departments.
