Why do my form submission contain strange characters?

There is generally one primary reason for this particular problem. Right-click on each form field and select Field Properties from the list and verify the following to remedy the problem:

Each field has been named properly (no spaces or special characters)
Each field has a value (if necessary)
If none of these help, contact us for further troubleshooting
